I have purchesed a flat in Nasik Road area in Ganesha residency, Lingayat colony in Dec 2012. It was already a 90% completed property so the building was completed it by Mar 2013. In Oct 2013 builder gave us physical possession after clearing all dues. And also gave us a xerox paper which says that he had applied for occupancy certificate in Nasik Municipal corpn. (NMC) Now whole 1 year has gone by and till date there is no Occupancy cum completion cert is issued. Whenever we ask our builder Mr Vijay Desai about the completion certificate he earlier said their is Election going on in Maharastra so it can not be issued, now he says he doesn't know when it will be issued. Whenever he get it from NMC he will give it to us. Because of that our final agreement is held up till date. This is not only dangerous for us but also govt might be loosing house taxes with respect to this building. My question is sir, what should be my further step because as soon as we go to NMC for asking it, they will ask for bribe as informed by builder. Builder is not giving us our Parking lot, not interested in doing our final agreement, not ready to form society also.Light and water is provided in bldg.
