My passport was expired in 2008...i applied for a new passport in 2015 ..when i went there they said that date in birth certificate is edited..i showed them the old passport..they said that there will be a penalty of 2000 and i went for studies in bangalore and came back and need to go singapore in 2018.....i never visited after 2015...now what i have to do please tell me
