My wife had submitted all pertinent documents relating to RENEWAL of her driving license at the RTO KR PURAM on 20-October 2016, vide acknowledgement details

INWARD # 1169331-6 dated 20-Oct 2016
DL - 1112

Though the license renewal process & processing was due to be completed & the renewed license sent back in 30 working days, she has yet to receive it. It is almost 2 months now.

Request your prompt action in updating the correct status & details as to when the same can be expected at our registered address
