My wife submitted her Driving License for RENEWAL at the RTO K R

My wife submitted her Driving License for RENEWAL at the RTO K R Puram on 20-Oct 2016. It is almost 2 months since & I have not received by renewed license by Speed Post. Per normal procedure, it was to be delivered witin 30 working days & we have since, crossed the deadline

Pls update me as to why the same has not yet been processed/ delivered & advise as to when I can expect the same. IN anticipation of a prompt response
