Renewal of Fitness Certificate of Four Wheeler car as the car will be completing 15 years next month from the date of its Registration at Delhi. On contacting to the Delhi Transport authority in person it is verbally told that in Delhi state this facility is withdrawn and as such the application forms can not be accepted for renewal of fitness certificate for such vehicles who have completed 15 years or will be completing till the next orders of the govt. Kindly clarify and advice the suitable remedy in the matter.
