Respected Sir/Mam,
My son is 8yrs old, 3 months back when I booked in general quota sleeper I was charged half fare of the actual adult ticket without seperate berth. And that was fine for me. But in Tatkal booking it says if you mention 8yrs old then he will be charged full and one berth would be alloted for him . My concern is as my child is 8 yrs old , there is a tendency to fall off from berth. So if I book ticket stating his name he would be seperately alloted one berth, which I dont require. Nor he is below 5 yrs old to mention his name. Only if I book my own ticket then there is no mention of a child there. Is it OK . Would the TT object. PLease help me out.
