Sir,
My daughter is born at Rajahmundry on 07.05.2011. I registered her name as BANKA SANJEEVANI at Municipal Corporation of Rajahmundry and received her Birth Certificate. Now, I would like to modify her name as BANKA SRI SANJEEVANI. I approached the Registrar with Affidavit and other forms. But, they said that it is not possible to modify or change the name of the child after once the registration is completed. Please suggest me the right way to fulfill my task.
