Bribery paid for correction of my mis spelt name in voting card

Last year i received my voting card with spelling of my name printed wrong, so my father went to block for correction of spelling and typist demanded 500rs under the table but my father bargained it to 300rs as there was no other way to get the name corrected. he did corrected my name but this time he miss spelt name of my town.
