I did have my birth certificate...but my dad's initial was not included and my mom's name wasn't spelt properly...I asked them about what can be done...the reply was as follows..."you can go to the court and get it changed which may take months to years else you can meet this advocate who can do it in 2 days...the officer incharge is involved as well and everything wil be taken care of"when things can be done so easily wen given bribe why cant there be a system to get birth certificate corrected in fairer way??????
