The first instalment of Rs4000/- was paid on 14-Feb-2017 to Kiran HR , Bill Collector of Jadigenahalli Panchayat office for issuing ekhata of my site , which was to be issued free of any charge.
After that he started processing the application which was lying with him since 26-May-2016.
It took him another 8 months to get ekhata issued. I paid him another Rs4000/- on 26-Oct-2017 through my agent,Mr Abrar Ahmed. I transferred the amount of rs4000/- to Abrar Ahmed's brother in law online to be paid as hush money to Kiran.
