Recently I visited a Gramapanchath, Madavara, Bangalore north taluk to get khatha of newly purchased side. The PDO (an ex-serviceman) demanded Rs.15000 bribe to give the katha. Since I was in hurry to go to abroad the very next day I had to pay Rs.10000 and got my khatha. The PDO was very arrogant and shameless person. He openly demanded the amount in front of the public. I really felt very bad about the corruption existed in *******
