Khata Certificate for my Apartment

This was paid through my builder. When he demanded this amount, I or none of the other owners could resist or had a choice for not giving the demanded amount. Though he promised to get the Khata certificate at the earliest, still we are all waiting for it from past 6 months. Sometime last month, builder informed all that it is again going to take time, around 4-6 months more. So fingers crossed and waiting to see this important document, Khata certificate!!
