The local BBMP clerk demands and get bribes from all residents of Anjanapura layout, to give them a copy of their khatas. Earlier, Anjanapura layout was under BDA. When it moved to BBMP, khatas had to be re-issued. So this clerk made a lot of money. And if he is doing it, for such a simple job, imagine, what the rest are making.
