Rs 10000 for B Khata

To register khata in my name, the official took Rs 10000 but only issued a 'B Khata' saying that till Sakrama scheme is to be implemented, there is an internal circular stopping issue of 'A Khata'. As I did not have any means to verify the above, and had to pay the property tax of current year, I paid the bribe and got the 'B Khata'. I do now know what this document means, or what other problems will crop up in future because of this
