How does a police constable determine your character?. what is needed is that the inqiery constable goes through police diary to find out if any case was registered against the passport seeker and what is the status of such written record. if there is any objection to seeker's character, a copy of report must be handed to the applicant which can be challanged before three level higher police officer. will it work?
